Training workshops are interactive - combining brief slide presentations, individual workbook exercises, group/breakout exercises, video clips, and group discussions. Each participant is provided with an individual development plan and note-taking workbook. Each workshop is defined and detailed in a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW), based on your desired outcomes and goals. Becoming a High-Performing Team Member (typically full-day workshop)
Individual contributors participate in discussions and exercises to develop skills and learn tools to help them serve as high-performing team members. The focus is on communications. 

 

Discovering Your Inner Leader (typically full-day workshop)
Team leaders, supervisors and managers participate in individual and group exercises to develop skills and learn tools to improve communications and help them to serve as high-performing leaders. 

 

Servant Leadership (typically two-day workshop)
Leaders are guided through the 10 tenets of Servant Leadership, preparing them to mold high-performing cultures and better serve their teams and organizations. 

 

Technical Report Writing (typically one-day workshop)
Discussions and exercises are used to guide participants through methods and approaches to write clear and concise technical reports.

 

Developing and Deploying Strategies (typically full-day workshop)
Case studies and exercises are used to guide leaders through steps to define, deploy, and realize short- and long-term strategies, with scorecards to measure success.

 

Managing the Project Lifecycle (typically one-day workshop)

This workshop uses case studies and exercises to develop problem-solving skills to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and serve as high-performing team members on continuous-improvement projects.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (three-day workshop)
This workshop is based on the American Society for Quality (ASQ) body of knowledge (BoK) and leading-industry theories and concepts. Using case studies and group exercises, Yellow Belts will learn and practice applying the rigor of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to problem-solving and process-improvement activities. Participants bring a project – valued at $25,000 by the sponsoring organization – to work on during and after the workshop.

 

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (eight-day workshop)
This workshop is based on the ASQ BoK and leading-industry theories and concepts. Green Belts are introduced to Design for Lean Six Sigma (DfLSS) DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify). They will take a deeper dive into the DMAIC methodology, as well as statistical analysis using SigmaXL, MiniTab, or JMP software. Participants bring a project – valued at $50,000 by the sponsoring organization – to work on during the workshop, between sessions, and after the workshop. 

 

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (eight days, in addition to and after Green Belt)
This workshop is based on the ASQ BoK and leading-industry theories and concepts. Black Belts are guided through techniques for strategy deployment, negotiations, project management, as well as coaching and mentoring others. Advanced concepts of DMADV and DMAIC methodology are explored, along with analyzing process data using advanced statistics in SigmaXL, MiniTab, or JMP software. Participants bring a project – valued at $100,000 by the sponsoring organization – to work on during the workshop, between sessions, and after the workshop. 

Consulting Engagements (duration based on complexity and goals)

 

Consulting engagements may be conducted by facilitating improvement workshops and events, as well as leading specific improvement efforts. Each consulting engagement is defined and detailed in a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW), based on your desired outcomes, goals, complexity, and timeframe. Please contact us to define a plan to successfully achieve your desired deliverables.
